About the Role
As a Care Home Deputy Manager, you’ll support the delivery of the exceptional quality care we are renowned for. Working closely with the General Manager and taking on key leadership responsibilities in their absence, you will help oversee everything from maintaining clinical standards to inspiring your team.
You’ll motivate a multidisciplinary team to ensure every resident enjoys the best possible quality of life. This means leading by example, monitoring standards through regular audits, conducting supervised clinical practice, and checking regulatory compliance. You will set high benchmarks, using your expertise to develop and drive strategies that achieve our overarching care goals.
About You
To join us as a Care Home Deputy Manager, you will need:
Experience in supporting residents with diverse health and care needs.
A successful track record of managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments.
Some HR experience, alongside a solid understanding of sales, marketing, and budget management.
