Partnering with Barchester Healthcare, Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is seeking an experienced and passionate Nursing Community Manager to join the team at Juniper House Care Home.

In this vital permanent role, you will lead a dedicated team of nurses and carers, working closely with the General Manager and multidisciplinary teams to deliver outstanding, person-centred care that promotes resident dignity, independence, and wellbeing.

• Pay Rate: £23.94 per hour

• Hours: 42.00 hours per week (Permanent full-time role)

• Shifts: Days

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of nurses and care assistants to uphold the highest standards of care.

• Oversee clinical care delivery within your community, ensuring accurate care plans and safe medication management.

• Monitor and maintain compliance with key regulatory standards and promote best clinical practices.

• Partner with the General Manager, Deputy Manager, and multidisciplinary teams to support continuous improvement.

• Champion excellence in care, making a genuine positive difference to residents' lives every day.

What We Are Looking For

• Current NMC registration and revalidation.

• At least two years of experience as a Registered Nurse within a clinical or social care setting.

• Strong clinical knowledge coupled with a solid understanding of regulatory requirements.

• Proven experience in leading, mentoring, and developing colleagues.

• Excellent communication, decision-making, and relationship-building skills.

• A deep commitment to compassionate, person-centred nursing.
