In this full-time 18-month fixed-term role based on a hybrid arrangement in Colchester, UK (working 3 days on site, 2 days remote), you will work 37.5 hours per week collaborating with site leadership teams to drive financial growth and EBITDA goals. You will provide commercial decision support, monitor growth initiatives, appraise investment opportunities, and challenge costs across hospital operations in Colchester, UK.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with executive and site leadership teams to monitor growth plans, drive EBITDA targets, and deliver financial improvements in Colchester, UK.
Identify operational efficiency opportunities, challenge cost structures, and provide high-level commercial decision support in Colchester, UK.
Conduct business performance appraisals, financial modeling, and investment evaluations to foster continuous financial improvement in Colchester, UK.
Requirements
Mandatory ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent professional accountancy qualification with significant post-qualification experience in Colchester, UK.
Proven track record in FP&A or finance business partnering within complex, multi-site organizations (healthcare/private hospital experience highly advantageous) in Colchester, UK.
Exceptional commercial acumen, analytical capability, and senior stakeholder management/influencing skills in Colchester, UK.
