Clean Team Member (Bank)

Role Description Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is delighted to partner with a top-tier Fitness & Wellbeing facility to recruit a dedicated Clean Team Member to join their team in Norwich, UK. In this role, you will play an essential part in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety across the club’s facilities.

Working on a flexible bank contract basis, you will manage your schedule on an ad-hoc basis to suit operational needs and your availability. Supported by team leaders and comprehensive training, you will ensure a pristine, welcoming environment for members without disturbing their customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare various areas of the club, including gym floors, changing rooms, shower spaces, and poolside facilities.

• Safely operate specialist commercial cleaning equipment such as scrubber dryers, rotary machines, and carpet cleaners.

• Perform routine waste removal tasks and participate in scheduled periodic deep cleaning routines.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar cleaning, domestic, or housekeeping role is preferred.

• Well-organized mindset with good time-management skills and attention to detail.

• Friendly communication skills with a customer-focused attitude when interacting with colleagues and visitors.
