In this part-time specialist role based in Colchester, UK, you will work 15 hours per week delivering structured 12-week rehabilitation programs through both in-person and digital channels. You will lead group exercise sessions, conduct weekly 1-to-1 coaching calls, guide goal setting, provide emotional wellbeing support, track participant outcomes, and manage clinical escalation processes in Colchester, UK.
Organize and facilitate rolling 12-week rehabilitation programs, leading both live-streamed and in-person exercise classes for varying physical abilities in Colchester, UK.
Conduct weekly 1-to-1 coaching calls to support goal setting, monitor recovery progress, provide emotional wellbeing guidance, and encourage self-directed activity in Colchester, UK.
Track outcome data accurately, recalibrate exercise intensities, and manage clinical escalation protocols whenever participant deterioration is identified in Colchester, UK.
Essential Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification with strong IT proficiency and experience working with vulnerable adults in Colchester, UK.
Previous experience in clinical rehabilitation or exercise referral (BSc Hons in Sports Rehabilitation desirable) in Colchester, UK.
