In this dynamic part-time management role based in Colchester, UK, you will lead group exercise delivery across studio and wet-side facilities. You will design and optimize class timetables according to industry trends and budgetary guidelines, oversee fitness equipment maintenance, ensure adherence to health and safety standards, and support shift opening and closing procedures in Colchester, UK.

Key Responsibilities

• Instruct engaging studio and pool-based group exercise classes for club members in Colchester, UK.

• Develop, review, and optimize class timetables aligned with member feedback, trends, and budget in Colchester, UK.

• Oversee fitness equipment cleanliness and maintenance, uphold health and safety procedures, and support center opening/closing in Colchester, UK.

Requirements

• Recognized professional qualifications in group exercise instruction with experience in commercial or corporate fitness in Colchester, UK.

• Strong organizational, timetable management, and customer service skills in Colchester, UK.

• First aid qualification and familiarity with Emergency Action Procedures is highly desirable in Colchester, UK.
