Position: HGV Driver (Walking Floor / Bulk Haulage)
Location: Heads of the Valleys Rd, Abergavenny, NP7 9AQ (Llanfoist)
Salary/Rate: £40,894.98 per annum (£16.50 per hour) + overtime opportunities
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-time, 47.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 06:00 – 16:00)

Key Responsibilities
Driving & Haulage: Operate walking floor vehicles and handle bulk haulage operations, ensuring safe and efficient transport of materials.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs and records for the removal of materials from the site in compliance with site permits and legislation.
Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to health, safety, and welfare policies at all times to protect yourself, your colleagues, and the public.
Team Collaboration: Work flexibly and collaboratively with the site team, helping to cover holiday and sickness when required.

What We Are Looking For
Licence & Qualifications: A full UK driving licence with LGV C+E (Class 1) entitlement, a valid Driver CPC (DCPC), and a digital tachograph card.
Experience: A minimum of 1 year of Class 1 (C+E) experience is required, with bulk haulage experience highly preferred.
Attitude & Skills: A flexible, enthusiastic team player with strong customer service skills and a safety-conscious work ethic.
