Local Care Assistant (Complex Care / Day Support)
Location: Worthing, West Sussex (Local day support with occasional live-in cover)
Schedule: Rotational 7 days on / 7 days off (8-hour day shifts from 7:45 AM to 4:00 PM, including weekends)
Pay Rate: £17.47 per hour — equivalent to a guaranteed £140 per day (£22 per hour on Bank Holidays)
