About the Role
Looking for a driving role with variety, regular customer interaction, and a supportive team behind you? Through Bridge Staffing Agency, we are recruiting for a reliable, customer-focused Van Multi-Drop Driver to join Bidfood in Paddock Wood. You will be out on the road across the South East delivering ambient, chilled, and frozen products to local businesses, representing the company with pride.
Key Responsibilities
Multi-Drop Deliveries: Drive a company van on planned routes, delivering directly to restaurants, pubs, schools, and hotels.
Stock Handling: Load, move, and unload products safely throughout your shift.
Customer Relations: Build great relationships and provide a friendly, professional service on your regular routes.
Vehicle Safety: Carry out daily vehicle checks, report defects, and follow all road safety and legal compliance requirements.
What We Are Looking For
Essential Licence: A full UK Category B driving licence with a safe, responsible driving approach.
Customer Service: Great communication skills and a friendly, positive attitude.
Physical Fitness: Comfort with an active, hands-on role involving regular lifting and unloading.
Experience: Previous multi-drop experience is helpful but not essential—we value the right attitude and work ethic above all!
