Salary: £37,120.00 per annum
Hours: 40.00 hours per week

About the Role
As the Head of Housekeeping, you will help create the warm and inviting surroundings that are essential for delivering top-tier care. Taking a hands-on approach, you will lead your housekeeping team by example, actively participating in day-to-day cleaning while ensuring every room and living space is maintained to the highest possible standard.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and inspire a dedicated housekeeping team to perform at their best.
Take a hands-on approach to daily cleaning duties and maintain immaculate standards across all areas.
Ensure every living space and room is clean, safe, welcoming, and compliant.
Foster positive communication with residents, relatives, and fellow staff members.
About You
To join us as a Head of Housekeeping, you will bring:
Experience: Previous housekeeping background within a care home, hospital, or hotel environment.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead, inspire, and manage a team effectively.
