Location: KIMS Hospital, Maidstone, Kent
Hours: 30 hours per week, permanent (4 days per week, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
Salary: £19,827.60 per annum (pro-rata based on a full-time equivalent salary of £26,436.80)

We are currently recruiting a focused and motivated Theatre Clerk to provide essential administrative support to the Theatres Team, Endoscopy, and Decontamination Unit at KIMS Hospital.

Provide dedicated administrative support to the Theatre Management Team, assisting with clinical governance and utilization reports.
Communicate effectively and professionally with hospital staff and consultants involved in patient care.
Manage appointments, coordinate the Theatre Manager’s diary, type correspondence, and attend theatre meetings to take accurate minutes.
Work autonomously or as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure smooth, high-quality planned care for patients.

A good standard of general education, including strong English and Maths skills.
Proven experience working as an administrator within a healthcare or acute clinical setting.
Excellent IT literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and a strong ability to work to tight deadlines.
Valid evidence of the right to work in the UK and a satisfactory DBS check.
