Female Clean Team Member

Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of Supportive Bridge Limited for a dedicated Female Clean Team Member to join their team in Chelmsford, UK.

In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene across all facility areas, with a specific focus on female changing rooms and amenities. You will work alongside a supportive team to ensure a pristine and welcoming environment for all members.

Role Description

As a Female Clean Team Member, you will perform routine and deep cleaning duties using modern equipment to maintain a clean, safe, and organized club environment. By planning your work effectively and demonstrating strong attention to detail, you will ensure cleaning activities seamlessly blend into daily operations without interrupting member experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out thorough cleaning across gym floors, changing rooms, shower areas, and poolside facilities.

• Safely operate specialist cleaning machinery, including carpet cleaners, rotary machines, and scrubber dryers.

• Maintain effective waste disposal procedures and ensure all location hygiene standards are consistently met.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role within a customer-facing or leisure setting.

• Good organizational and communication skills with a friendly, service-oriented attitude.

• Female requirement (Exemption claimed under the Equality Act 2010 Part 1 Schedule 9) to service female changing facilities.
