In this essential part-time safety role based in Colchester, UK, you will work 3.5 hours per week (every Friday) overseeing poolside safety across the swimming pool, spa, sauna, and steam room. You will maintain constant vigilance, enforce Pool Safety Guidelines, respond promptly to emergency situations, and deliver exceptional customer service to all members in Colchester, UK.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise wet-side facilities, including swimming pool, spa, sauna, and steam room areas, ensuring full compliance with Pool Safety Guidelines in Colchester, UK.

• Maintain complete focus and alertness on shift, responding immediately to potential hazards or emergency incidents in Colchester, UK.

• Deliver a welcoming, friendly, and professional experience to all club members and guests in Colchester, UK.

Requirements

• Valid National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent with up-to-date ongoing training records in Colchester, UK.

• Strong customer service skills, positive attitude, and excellent team-working abilities in Colchester, UK.

• High level of swimming proficiency, fitness, and alertness in Colchester, UK.
