Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise shift operations, delegating duties effectively and working alongside care assistants to support daily resident needs in Colchester, UK.
Administer medication accurately, conduct risk assessments, and manage care plans in collaboration with families and healthcare professionals in Colchester, UK.
Partner with the senior leadership team to continuously develop services and maintain high standards of care across the home in Colchester, UK.
Requirements
Proven experience leading and supervising teams within a care environment, ideally holding or working towards an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care in Colchester, UK.
Strong organizational, communication, and IT skills with a clear understanding of care planning processes in Colchester, UK.
Experience in medication administration or a willingness to complete comprehensive training in Colchester, UK.
