About the Role
Are you analytical, innovative, and eager to shape the future of cutting-edge tech products? Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is partnering with a major nationwide retailer and tech leader to recruit ambitious graduates for their exciting Technology – Product Management Graduate Scheme.
From day one, you’ll be the voice of our customers, using analytical skills to solve problems, define product roadmaps, and bring products to life while driving internal enhancements. During this two-year scheme, you will hold workshops with stakeholders, write user stories, collate data, analyse feedback, and even spend time in Tesco labs meeting tech grads, coding, and trying out new technology!

Key Responsibilities
Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead a cross-functional team from discovery through to delivery, working closely with Programme Managers and Software Engineers.
Product Ownership: Take full ownership of the product and its future direction, defining a vision and strategy and creating an aligned backlog.
Customer & Stakeholder Collaboration: Run workshops, write user stories, collate data, and analyse feedback to solve problems and define product roadmaps.
