We are proud to partner with Circle Health Group Decontamination—responsible for supplying vital sterile equipment and instrumentation to hospitals across England and Glasgow—to recruit a reliable and professional Driver for their facility in Radlett.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect contaminated trolleys from hospitals and clinics and safely deliver them to the CHG decontamination facility.

• Return clean trolleys containing reprocessed scopes and instruments to clinical departments in a safe, timely, and courteous manner.

• Operate company vehicles (up to 3.5t) fitted with tail lifts in strict accordance with all applicable road safety regulations.

• Maintain daily delivery schedules, keeping to time-sensitive routes while providing exceptional customer service.

• Conduct daily vehicle checks, monitor fuel, oil, and tyre pressure, and report any defects immediately.

• Keep the vehicle clean, presentable, and in good working order, while maintaining accurate logs and delivery documentation.

• Strictly follow infection prevention protocols to ensure vehicle cleanliness and avoid cross-contamination.

Candidate Requirements

• Driving Licence: A full, clean UK driving licence (Category B), valid for operating vehicles up to and including 3.5t.

• Experience: Proven commercial driving experience with vans and tail lifts, ideally within a healthcare or commercial delivery setting.

• Competencies: Comfortable navigating urban and rural routes under time constraints and in all weather conditions; physically capable of safe manual handling and lifting duties.

• Reliability: A flexible approach to working hours and an unwavering commitment to vehicle hygiene, safety, and operational standards.
