Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Barchester Healthcare to source dedicated care professionals. We are currently recruiting a Bank Care Assistant (Nights) for Overslade House Care Home on a casual, flexible basis.
In this varied and rewarding role, you will help residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive the quality care, support, and companionship they deserve. From assisting with food and drink to following care plans and providing dedicated one-to-one time, every shift will be different and deeply fulfilling.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: Some previous experience caring for older people.
Attributes: Empathy, a warm-hearted approach, and true compassion for resident wellbeing.
Skills: Excellent communication skills and a positive, "can-do" approach.
