Pay Rate: £13.21 per hour
Hours: 15.00 hours per week (Permanent)
Shift Pattern: Days (10:00 AM – 3:00 PM, including some weekend work)

ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Activities Assistant, you will help design and deliver imaginative, engaging, and varied activity programmes that ensure residents enjoy a motivational and fulfilling environment. By supporting individuals to pursue their passions, hobbies, and social connections, you’ll play a direct role in enhancing their daily life and independence.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the planning and delivery of entertainment, creative workshops, social pastimes, outings, and special events.
Encourage residents to remain active, pursue personal interests, and engage with family, friends, and the wider community.
Create a welcoming, vibrant, and fun atmosphere suited to a diverse range of resident needs and preferences.
Work collaboratively with the care home team to ensure activities are accessible and inclusive for all residents.
