ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a flexible, casual position offering true autonomy and work-life balance while providing cover as needed (such as for annual leave or sickness). As a Bank Registered Nurse, you will look after the physical, psychological, and social needs of residents to deliver the compassionate care they deserve.
Key Responsibilities:
Create a safe, supportive, and empowering environment for residents with varied physical and mental health needs.
Exercise professional clinical judgment to make critical decisions and deliver person-centred care.
Develop, implement, and review tailored care plans and detailed clinical risk assessments.
Administer medication safely in accordance with Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines and internal policies.
Provide clinical leadership on shifts and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
ABOUT YOU
We are seeking a compassionate, skilled RGN who takes pride in delivering high-standard, person-centred nursing care.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Registered General Nurse (RGN) with an active, unencumbered NMC registration.
Strong knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices, procedures, and evidence-based care.
Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLS / MCA and pharmaceutical guidelines.
Proven track record in producing detailed care plans and risk assessments.
Excellent decision-making, communication, and interpersonal skills.
