Location: Heathbrook House Care Home, 223-229 Worcester Road, Stoke Heath, Bromsgrove, B61 7JA
Rate of Pay: £20.86 - £23.06 per hour (depending on experience) + Welcome Bonus (plus £1 shift enhancements on nights and £2 on weekends/overtime)
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time (24 hours per week on day shifts, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM with alternate weekends)

As a Registered Nurse through Supportive Bridge, you will play a pivotal role in managing unit clinical duties, ensuring high clinical standards, and providing vital support to residents (with a strong mental health and dementia background being highly desirable).
Key Responsibilities
Take full responsibility for the well-being of residents, making sure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Manage unit clinical duties, including oversight of care, administering and ordering medication, and reviewing individualised care plans.
Coach, mentor, and guide the care team, providing formal and informal teaching programmes to maintain best practice.
Monitor work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to relevant standards, policies, legislation, and CQC requirements.
What We Are Looking For
A qualified Registered Nurse with a valid, active NMC pin.
Experience with a strong mental health and dementia background is highly desirable.
Previous experience maintaining high clinical standards and ensuring policies are strictly followed.
Effective communication and reporting skills, coupled with a genuine passion for building meaningful connections with residents and their families.
