About the Role

Are you reliable, hands-on, and looking for an active role working overnight to prepare the store for the day ahead? Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with our national retail client to recruit a dedicated Customer Assistant - Nights for their Bridgwater store.

In this role, you will unload deliveries, replenish stock, and ensure shelves are clean, tidy, and fully stocked so customers can find what they need the moment doors open. Because you will also receive cross-training across other departments—such as Market Street and Service—this is an ideal opportunity for a versatile team player. (Note: Applicants must be 18 or over for this night shift role due to operational requirements.)

Key Responsibilities

• Night Shift Operations: Work overnight to unload incoming deliveries and efficiently replenish stock.

• Merchandising & Presentation: Ensure all shelves are clean, tidy, and fully stocked for the morning opening.

• Cross-Store Support: Assist across other vital departments like Market Street and Service as business needs require.

• Teamwork & Safety: Operate equipment safely and follow established processes in a structured, fast-paced environment.

About You

• Reliable & Hands-On: Enjoy working in an active, physical role during overnight hours.

• Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Process-Driven: Comfortable following structured routines and using in-store equipment safely.
