Location: Hybrid (Norfolk / Working across our Norfolk clinic and from home, with occasional client site travel)
Salary: Up to £42,000 per annum (pro-rata for part-time)

Are you a dedicated clinical professional looking to champion employee health, safety, and wellbeing? We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Nurse to join the team at TAC Healthcare Group in Norfolk.
In this varied hybrid role focusing primarily on case management, you will deliver a comprehensive occupational health service across client sites, our Norfolk clinic, and remotely. From routine and safety-critical medicals to absence management and health surveillance, you will play a vital role in keeping workforces healthy, safe, and supported.
Deliver comprehensive occupational health services, including pre-placement medicals, safety-critical medicals, and substance misuse screening.
Provide expert case management both face-to-face and remotely.
Conduct health surveillance assessments and support sickness absence management by collaborating with HR and HSE teams.
Maintain professional, confidential, and accurate patient records in line with NMC standards and company procedures.
Advise clients on robust health and wellbeing strategies and assist with internal health policies.
A qualified and registered nurse with a valid NMC registration, bringing a minimum of 2 years of experience in Occupational Health.
Proven capability in managing clinical cases both face-to-face and remotely.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, with an unwavering commitment to confidentiality.
Bonus skills: NMC registration as a Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (OH) or a relevant OH qualification (Cert/Diploma/Degree), alongside travel health training, is highly desirable.
