In this key supervisory role based in Colchester, UK, you will lead care shifts, administer medication, and oversee individualized resident care plans. Working alongside care assistants, home leadership, and external healthcare professionals in Colchester, UK, you will carry out risk assessments, coordinate care delivery, and maintain a high standard of clinical and emotional support across the home.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily shifts, delegate responsibilities effectively, and assist care assistants in supporting residents' daily needs in Colchester, UK.

• Case manage residents, formulate tailored care plans, execute risk assessments, and safely administer and record medication in Colchester, UK.

• Communicate with families, healthcare partners, and leadership to continuously improve care quality and service delivery in Colchester, UK.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent experience) with demonstrated team leadership capabilities in Colchester, UK.

• Strong organizational skills, IT literacy, and a comprehensive understanding of care planning processes in Colchester, UK.
