Pay Rate: £16.84 per hour
Hours: 33.00 hours per week

Shift Pattern: Day Shifts
About the Role
As a Residential Senior Carer, you’ll look after the varying needs of our residents to enable us to deliver exceptional, person-centred care and support. You will be responsible for leading a team of care staff, which includes training, supervisions, and delegating duties on shift.
You will also support with the administration and ordering of medication, reviewing and updating resident care plans and risk assessments, and liaising with GPs, district nursing teams, and resident family members. Always respecting resident dignity, you will play a vital part in creating an environment that is warm, welcoming, and vibrant.
About You
To join us as a Senior Carer, you will need:
An NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
Previous experience in a residential care setting.
Proven team leadership skills and the ability to make appropriate decisions to support resident wellbeing.
A warm-hearted, compassionate disposition and a commitment to individualized care.
With ongoing training and development, many of our Senior Carers progress into Care Practitioners, Care Community Leads, or onto nursing pathways!
