Salary: £42,000 per annum pro rata + £3,000 Golden Hello (one-off payment for new joiners)
Contract Type: Permanent, Part-Time (16 hours per week)

About the Role
We are partnering with the Bupa Health Centre in Crawley to find a dedicated, qualified Mammographer on a part-time basis. Located within the well-connected Manor Royal Business Park, the clinic offers primary care, health assessments, sexual health, MSK, and vaccinations.
As a Mammographer through Supportive Bridge, you will work with brand-new, state-of-the-art Pristina technology engineered to enhance the entire breast care pathway—from screening and diagnosis to treatment planning. You will improve the customer journey by carrying out on-site screenings on the day of health assessments, ensuring patients receive a fast, efficient, and compassionate service.
Key Responsibilities
Work autonomously yet collaboratively as part of a wider multi-disciplinary clinic team, reporting to the Centre Manager and Clinical Lead.
Organize daily work programs to keep the department running efficiently while adapting flexibly to changing workloads and a busy environment.
Perform high-quality examinations according to departmental policies, ensuring every patient receives an exceptional standard of care.
Accurately analyse acquired data, record results, and produce top-tier images for reporting.
Care for and maintain equipment, uphold cleanliness standards, report faults immediately, and oversee stock control and supplier liaison.
What We Are Looking For
BSc or DCR in Radiography, alongside a Post-Graduate Certificate in Mammography.
Valid UK registration as a qualified Mammographer.
A flexible, adaptive working attitude with strong initiative and a focus on streamlining the patient pathway.
Strong ability to work closely with the Lead Mammographer to enhance breast imaging services for patients and stakeholders.
