Role Overview
As a Store Manager, you will lead from the front, setting the standard for your entire team and guiding your store toward ultimate success. You will take complete ownership of day-to-day operations, drive performance targets, solve problems with agility, and inspire your colleagues to reach their full potential while keeping customers happy.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Culture: Act as a natural leader, nurturing and inspiring your team in line with Lidl’s Leadership and Company Principles.
Operational Excellence: Manage and improve daily operations, optimize processes, and monitor KPIs to keep the store running like clockwork.
