As a Bank Support Worker at Forest Care Centre’s independent mental health hospital, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team supporting patients with complex and sometimes challenging behaviours. You will become an integral part of their day-to-day lives, ensuring they are always treated with dignity and respect while helping create a safe environment where they can live as independently as possible.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Support: Use your intuition and empathy to support patients with complex needs and help them get the most out of life.
Multidisciplinary Teamwork: Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to deliver safe, person-centred care.
Environment & Dignity: Maintain a safe, supportive atmosphere, ensuring every patient is treated with utmost dignity and respect.
Flexibility: Work varied casual bank hours (Days or Nights) to provide cover for annual leave and sickness as needed.
