Salary: £14.93 per hour (Plus an enhanced night rate of £18.66 per hour applied to any hours worked between 10:00 PM and 4:00 AM)
Contract Type: Permanent (Working pattern: 4 days on, 2 days off; start time 6:00 PM with finish times varying based on business needs)

Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is thrilled to partner with Aldi to find a motivated and focused Selector (Nights). Working as part of a fun, close-knit team, you will "pick" stock for specific stores and load them securely onto the correct pallets—ready for our Drivers to collect. Backed by impressive sales figures and rapid store growth, our warehouse teams are the vital engine that keeps our shelves fully stocked.
Key Responsibilities
Order Picking: Receive clear, direct instructions through a headset to pick store-specific stock efficiently.
Attention to Detail: Pay close attention to critical details, such as verifying store numbers and ensuring all related paperwork is entirely accurate.
Pallet Loading: Build and load pallets correctly and safely for driver collection and store distribution.
Skills & Experience
Sharp Focus: "On the ball" and highly attentive to instructions, numbers, and accuracy.
Team Player: Reliable, dedicated, and comfortable working a night shift pattern in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
