Location: KIMS Hospital, Maidstone, Kent
Hours: 22.5 hours per week (Rotational working pattern, Monday – Sunday between 06:30 and 20:30)
Salary: £14,870.70 per annum

We are currently recruiting a dedicated Guest Services Porter to join the team at KIMS Hospital, Kent’s largest independent hospital.

What You Will Do
Safely transport patients, equipment, stores, specimens, and other essential items throughout the hospital.
Welcome, assist, and escort patients and visitors, ensuring they receive a warm, professional, and reassuring service from the moment they arrive.
Support patient admissions and discharges, and assist with security, car parking, and maintaining safe, tidy public areas across the facility.
Respond effectively to emergencies and collaborate closely with colleagues to keep hospital operations running seamlessly.

What We Are Looking For
Excellent customer service and communication skills with a friendly, patient-focused approach.
The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a busy multidisciplinary team.
Previous experience in a hospital portering or customer-facing healthcare role is a wonderful bonus!
Valid evidence of the right to work in the UK and a satisfactory DBS check.
