Barchester is seeking an enthusiastic Activities Assistant to join the vibrant community at Falmouth Court Care Home. In this engaging part-time role, you will deliver imaginative, fun, and varied activities, helping residents pursue their favorite interests, enjoy meaningful social events, and stay closely connected with friends, family, and the local community.

Key Responsibilities

• Activity Program Delivery: Help design and run a diverse, fun entertainment and activities schedule covering pastimes, social events, and outings.

• Independence & Engagement: Support residents to live as independently as possible and boost their involvement with the wider community.

• Person-Centred Focus: Tailor activities to individual preferences, ensuring every resident enjoys a motivational and fulfilling environment.

• Companionship: Bring energy, fun, and creativity to daily life within the home, sharing special moments and memorable experiences.

About You

No specific prior experience is required—you can come from any background! To thrive as an Activities Assistant, you will bring:
