Shifts: 08:00 - 20:00 or 20:00 - 08:00

We are partnering with Richmond Willaston Village (part of Bupa) to find a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse for their luxury retirement community. In this role, you will take charge of resident well-being and lead a talented team of care assistants, ensuring top-tier person-centred care in a supportive, vibrant environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
Taking full responsibility for the clinical well-being of residents, leading teams of Senior Care and Care Assistants.
Carrying out assessments and developing, implementing, and evaluating individualised care plans.
Monitoring work areas and practices to maintain strict safety standards, policies, and regulatory compliance.
Delivering expert clinical guidance, coaching, and mentoring to the care team for smooth daily operations.
Promoting resident independence, choice, and dignity at every turn while striving for continuous care improvements.
