About the Role

As a supportive bridge staffing agency connecting dependable talent with top retail brands, we are thrilled to partner with Morrisons to recruit a friendly, customer-focused Customer Assistant for their Online team in Aldershot.

In this role, you will play a vital part in picking and packing customer orders for delivery or collection. Working in a fast-paced, structured environment with clear routines, you will use in-store tech to accept orders, find the right products, and prepare them quickly and carefully.

This position also features online marshalling responsibilities—including lifting shopping trays off trolleys onto stacks to prepare them for drivers—alongside cross-training opportunities to support other store departments like Replenishment and Customer Service.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently using in-store technology.

• Perform online marshalling duties, including lifting shopping trays off trolleys onto stacks to ready them for drivers.

• Work within a fast-paced, structured environment adhering to clear routines and timed activities.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and provide cross-functional support in areas like Replenishment and Customer Service when needed.
