Registered Nursing Associate (Surgical Team)
Location: KIMS Hospital, Maidstone, Kent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Permanent (Rotational shifts covering days, nights, and weekends, working 12.0 – 12.5 hour shifts)
Salary: £26,500.00 per annum

We are currently recruiting an enthusiastic and dedicated Nursing Associate to join the dynamic Surgical Nursing Team at KIMS Hospital, Kent’s largest independent hospital.

What You Will Do
Assess, plan, and deliver holistic care based on individual patient and visitor needs throughout the entire day-case and surgical pathway, from admission to discharge.
Demonstrate exemplary clinical practice, maintaining accurate records and working strictly within the NMC Code of Conduct and local clinical governance standards.
Supervise, guide, and direct junior staff while collaborating closely within a multidisciplinary team.
Build meaningful relationships with patients, consultants, and colleagues, upholding the highest standards of integrity, honesty, and patient confidentiality.

What We Are Looking For
A qualified Registered Nursing Associate with demonstrable post-registration experience.
A strong working knowledge of clinical governance and a clear commitment to continuous professional development.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an expert ability to engage warmly with patients, clinicians, and colleagues.
Valid evidence of the right to work in the UK and a satisfactory DBS check.
