As a Bank Care Assistant at Lancaster Grange Care Home, you will provide vital cover—such as for annual leave or sick leave—ensuring our residents receive the quality care and support they deserve. Every day is different and rewarding, from assisting with daily living, food and drink, and care plans to sharing companionship and special moments.
Key Responsibilities
Person-Centred Care: Assist residents with daily living, follow tailored care plans, and ensure each resident receives dedicated one-to-one time.
Companionship: Provide emotional support, build meaningful relationships, and share great memories with residents.
Flexibility: Work varied days and shifts (Days or Nights) to suit your lifestyle while helping the home maintain high standards of care.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: Some prior experience of caring for older people.
Approach: A can-do attitude, excellent communication skills, and an empathetic nature.
