Location: KIMS Hospital, Maidstone, Kent
Hours: Permanent, Full-Time – 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £52,266.00 – £59,000.00 per annum (dependent on experience)

We are currently recruiting a dynamic Cath Lab Manager to head up the Interventional Suite and Cardiology Services at KIMS Hospital.

Provide comprehensive operational, clinical, and strategic leadership for the Cath Lab and Interventional Suite, ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of patient-centred care.
Lead, inspire, and develop a multidisciplinary team through effective workforce planning, performance management, and continuous professional development.
Drive clinical governance, quality improvement, and patient safety initiatives, ensuring full compliance with CQC, MHRA, and NICE regulatory standards.
Manage departmental resources, budgets, equipment planning, and business growth projects while building strong relationships with consultants and internal/external stakeholders.
Competitive annual salary ranging from £52,266.00 to £59,000.00.

A qualified Registered Nurse with a current NMC registration and a postgraduate qualification in Cardiology (degree level or equivalent).
Extensive post-registration experience within Cardiology, a Cardiac Catheter Laboratory, or an Interventional Suite, including proven leadership and management responsibilities.
Demonstrated expertise in clinical governance, budget management, service improvement, and leading high-performing teams.
Valid evidence of the right to work in the UK and a satisfactory DBS check.
