About the Role

Kickstart your retail career with Aldi as a Career Starter Store Apprentice! Over 12 to 15 months, you’ll blend hands-on, practical store experience with structured learning, working toward earning a recognized Level 2 Retailer qualification. From keeping shelves stocked to mastering till operations and providing great service, you’ll gain invaluable insights into retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Care: Provide friendly, prompt, and helpful service to everyday shoppers.

• Merchandising & Stocking: Stock shelves efficiently, maintain high store presentation standards, and check product quality.

• Till Operations: Learn to operate checkout tills accurately and efficiently.

• Qualification Progress: Actively participate in training and coursework to earn your Level 2 Retailer qualification.

Skills & Experience Needed

• Friendly & Approachable: Eager to help customers and work well within a close-knit team.

• Active & Hardworking: Comfortable being on your feet and thriving in a busy, active retail environment.

• Reliable & Flexible: Dependable with a solid "can-do" attitude.

• No experience required! Prior retail experience is a bonus, but your attitude and enthusiasm matter most.
