In this full-time operational management role based in Colchester, UK, you will oversee day-to-day club operations, lead opening and closing shift procedures, and enforce health and safety protocols. You will drive high member satisfaction, lead facility tours to support sales targets, mentor colleagues, and provide poolside support by covering lifeguard breaks when needed in Colchester, UK.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily club operations, including shift opening/closing and health and safety management in Colchester, UK.

• Foster high member satisfaction, conduct tours for prospective joiners, and contribute to achieving sales targets in Colchester, UK.

Requirements
