In this part-time bank role based in Colchester, UK, you will work on an ad-hoc basis depending on business needs and your availability. As the first point of contact for members and visitors, you will handle reception duties, address customer inquiries face-to-face and over the phone, and assist with covering lifeguard breaks when required in Colchester, UK.
Key Responsibilities
Greet members and visitors warmly, offering exceptional face-to-face and telephone customer service in Colchester, UK.
Support smooth reception operations using basic IT tools (Word/Excel) while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment in Colchester, UK.
Provide operational support across the club, including covering lifeguard breaks following on-site training in Colchester, UK.
Requirements
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a confident, empathetic, and customer-focused approach in Colchester, UK.
Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, in Colchester, UK.
Ability to swim to a high standard and willingness to undergo site-specific lifeguard cover training in Colchester, UK.
