In this part-time bank role based in Colchester, UK, you will work weekend shifts (09:30 AM to 12:30 PM) on an ad-hoc basis depending on business needs and availability. You will foster children's early development through play and education, ensure strict adherence to childcare safety legislation, maintain clean facilities, and build positive relationships with parents and carers in Colchester, UK.
Create a safe, hygienic, secure, and engaging environment that promotes children's physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development in Colchester, UK.
Provide appropriate play and educational materials while maintaining full compliance with health, safety, and childcare policies in Colchester, UK.
Maintain clear, professional, and supportive communication with parents and carers regarding their child's experiences in Colchester, UK.
Proven childcare experience in a crèche or nursery setting with a minimum NVQ Level 3, NNEB, or BTEC qualification in Colchester, UK.
Paediatric First Aid certification and Early Years Professional Status (EYPS) are highly desirable in Colchester, UK.
