About the Role
As a supportive bridge staffing agency, we are thrilled to partner with Morrisons to recruit a friendly and customer-focused Customer Assistant for their Online team in Weymouth. In this active retail role, you will use in-store technology to pick and pack online customer orders quickly and carefully, ensuring shoppers receive precisely what they need, exactly when they need it for home delivery or collection.
Key Responsibilities
Picking & Packing: Use in-store tech to accept orders, locate products accurately, and prepare items for delivery or collection.
Order Preparation: Work efficiently within structured routines and timed schedules to maintain high standards of order accuracy.
Cross-Department Support: Receive training to support other store departments such as Replenishment and Customer Service based on daily store needs.
Process Compliance: Operate in-store equipment safely and adhere closely to company processes.

Age Requirement: Must be over the school leaver’s age (and over 18 for specific equipment or health and safety compliance where applicable).
Personality: A helpful, friendly approach with a strong commitment to putting customers first.
Work Style: Enjoys staying active, hands-on tasks, and thriving in a fast-paced, structured environment.
Availability: Comfortable working scheduled shifts within the morning window (04:00 to 10:00).
