This role offers fantastic contract flexibility, with options ranging from 10 to 30 hours per week to comfortably fit around your personal commitments. On the shop floor, variety is guaranteed—you will be the heartbeat of the store, restocking shelves, jumping on the tills, keeping the bakery topped up, and greeting shoppers with a smile. What You’ll Do

• Support Our Shoppers: Act as a helpful Lidl expert, answering questions and ensuring customers receive exceptional service.

• Keep the Store Stocked: Efficiently unpack and organize deliveries as they arrive on the shop floor.

• Bake Fresh Goods: Proactively help run the bakery area, keeping shelves stocked with warm, fresh baked goods.

• Organize the Middle Aisle: Present and maintain the ever-popular, fast-moving selection of middle-aisle Non-Food products.

• Pitch In as a Team: Work closely with your retail colleagues to keep the entire store clean, tidy, and organized.

What You’ll Need

• Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment is great, but a strong work ethic and positive attitude are what truly count!

• Friendly customer service skills and a warm, helpful manner.

• The flexibility to start shifts early or finish late.
