About the Role
As a Permanent Night Care Assistant representing Barchester Healthcare through Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, you will help residents enjoy each night and morning by ensuring they receive the exceptional care and support they deserve. You will assist with night-time care, provide reassuring companionship, and create a calm, comforting environment. Every shift brings meaningful moments—from assisting residents and following personalized care plans to dedicating quality one-to-one time when needed.
About You
We are looking for dedicated, warm-hearted individuals who want to build a stable career in a fulfilling night-time environment.
Experience: Some prior experience in caring for older people is required.
Attributes: A positive "can-do" approach, excellent communication skills, empathy, and genuine compassion.
