The Role

As a Customer Assistant, you’ll keep moving, keep business booming, and never be bored. From restocking shelves and baking fresh goods to jumping on tills and maintaining the non-food middle aisles, you'll work closely with a collaborative team to ensure every customer receives top-tier service. This is a wonderful seasonal opportunity to gain fantastic retail experience and build your career momentum.

What You’ll Do:

• Customer Care: Act as a Lidl expert, helping our customers with their questions, queries, and requests with a friendly smile.

• Store Operations: Efficiently work deliveries as they arrive and keep the shop floor tidy and organized.

• Bakery & Merchandising: Proactively keep the bakery stocked with freshly baked goods and expertly merchandise the non-food middle aisles.

• Teamwork: Pitch in with your retail colleagues to ensure smooth-running shifts.

What You’ll Need

• Experience: Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment.

• Customer Focus: Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable manner.
