Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Morrisons to find an enthusiastic and natural leader for the Online Team Leader position in Hamilton.

Are you good with people, or a great customer assistant looking to take the next step in your career? As an Online Team Leader, you will be the driving force behind our in-store online team, ensuring every customer order is picked, packed, and delivered to the highest standard with minimal substitutions.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Building a high-performing, supportive culture that recognizes and rewards team contributions

• Creating an engaging environment where colleagues place customers at the heart of everything they do

• Analyzing department data to identify process improvements, simplify workflows, and manage risks

• Ensuring all company policies, procedures, and legal obligations are strictly followed

About You

We are looking for someone who brings great organizational skills and people management experience:

• Proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships

• Experience in developing, leading, and coaching teams to build confidence and performance

• Strong operational and technical knowledge of an online retail department

• Able to plan, organize, and manage workloads effectively under strict deadlines

• Must be over the school leaver's age
