About the Role
Partnering with Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, Barchester Healthcare is seeking a committed Bank Senior Care Assistant at Ashfields Care Home. In this flexible, casual role, you will look after the diverse needs of our residents to ensure the delivery of top-quality, person-centred care. You will supervise and inspire a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager, while assisting the clinical team with specialized areas such as medication, assessments, care plans, and care reviews.
About You
To join us in this senior capacity, you will need:
An NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly
A warm-hearted, compassionate nature with a commitment to individualised support
Strong motivational skills and a drive for professional development
