Complex Care Assistant (HCA)
Location: Worthing, West Sussex (One-to-one home care)
Hours: Full-time and part-time available
Shifts: 12-hour shifts available (Both Days and Nights)
Pay Rate: £12.71 – £16.00 per hour (Estimated annual earnings of £26,200 – £28,950 based on average 36-hour weekly patterns)

We are currently recruiting dedicated Care Assistants to support a client with complex care needs in her own home in Worthing. (Note: This is dedicated one-to-one care based at a single residence—you will not travel between multiple homes!)

What You Will Do
Provide dedicated one-to-one support, empowering our client to continue living life to the fullest despite her condition.
Work within a small, consistent core team of regular care staff dedicated to a single client per shift.
Assist with personal care, daily living routines, and proactive clinical support to ensure a safe, comfortable, and positive home environment.

What We Are Looking For
Compassionate, reliable, and enthusiastic support workers with at least 6 months of care experience.
A proactive, positive personality who loves helping others maintain independence and joy.
Valid evidence of the right to work in the UK.
