The home provides a friendly and modern living environment across six separate wings, featuring fantastic communal and outdoor spaces.
Are you an experienced senior carer ready to lead a dedicated team? As a Permanent Senior Care Assistant (35 hours per week), your professionalism, kindness, and compassion will be at the core of everything you do. You will support the Home Manager by guiding your team, overseeing care plans to ensure our residents enjoy security, dignity, and independence, and acting as a positive role model every day.
What We Are Looking For
Experience & Qualifications: Previous experience in a residential care setting backed by an NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care.
Leadership & Initiative: Confident in taking charge, using your initiative to solve problems, and supporting team members (including inductions and mentoring).
Communication & Attitude: Excellent interpersonal skills, a supportive nature, and a strong drive to motivate others to deliver outstanding care.
