Job Opportunity: Customer Team Leader (Princes Risborough)
Location: Princes Risborough (11 Bell Street, HP27 0ZZ)
Pay Rate: £14.48 per hour
Contract: Permanent, Part-Time (16 hours per week + regular overtime)
Working Pattern: 2 varied shifts per week, including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing), and at least 1 weekend shift (to be discussed at interview). Includes working in the in-store bakery.
Requirements: Must be aged 18 or over (to authorise age-related sales) and live within a commutable distance from Princes Risborough.
Experience: No CV or prior leadership experience needed! Full paid training provided.

We have teamed up with Co-op in Princes Risborough to help find a dynamic Customer Team Leader. In this hands-on role, you’ll take ownership of your shift, setting the pace on the shop floor, supporting your team, working in our in-store bakery, and ensuring the store runs smoothly to deliver exceptional service to the community.
Whether you're coaching colleagues, managing daily operations, or helping customers find what they need, you'll play a vital role in shaping the store's success and your own career path.
What You’ll Do
Take ownership of the day-to-day running of the store by leading the team on your shift.
Motivate, coach, and support your team to deliver fantastic service and efficient operations.
Work hands-on across the shop floor, tills, and in our in-store bakery to set the pace for Customer Team Members.
Support store performance through effective merchandising, stock accuracy, and processes.
Champion Co-op membership and local community engagement.
What We Are Looking For
Age: Must be 18 or older.
A genuine passion for people, leadership, and team management.
Flexibility to work varied shifts (early mornings, afternoons, late evenings, and weekends).
A positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn (retail or merchandising experience is helpful, but not essential!).
Must be in a commutable distance from Princes Risborough.
