Support Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with leading employment and skills programmes to connect compassionate professionals with impactful community roles. We are currently recruiting a dedicated Specialist Progression Coach to join our newly established Confident Futures team.
In this vital role, you will support unemployed participants with long-term health conditions, mental health conditions, or disabilities to overcome barriers to employment and move towards sustainable work. Through personalised coaching and tailored guidance, you will help people rebuild confidence, develop practical employability skills, and take positive steps toward a brighter future.
Caseload Management: Manage a caseload of participants, providing tailored, person-centred coaching and support throughout their employment journey.
Holistic Assessments: Complete comprehensive needs assessments and design personalised support plans reflecting individual goals and circumstances.
Barrier Breakdown: Identify employment barriers and connect participants with appropriate health, wellbeing, training, community, and specialist support networks.
1-to-1 Coaching: Deliver targeted coaching sessions, including CV writing, job searching, interview preparation, and confidence-building activities.
Employer Engagement: Build strong relationships with local employers to identify inclusive employment opportunities and support participants into suitable roles.
Outcome Tracking: Promote positive health and wellbeing outcomes while ensuring service delivery aligns strictly with contractual quality standards.
Coaching Experience: Proven experience coaching, motivating, or supporting individuals to achieve positive personal and professional outcomes.
Specialist Understanding: A strong grasp of the unique challenges faced by individuals with disabilities, long-term health conditions, or mental health conditions when seeking employment.
Interpersonal Skills: The ability to build trust quickly and develop effective, empathetic relationships with participants, employers, colleagues, and external partners.
Organization: Highly organized with the ability to manage a varied caseload, prioritize effectively, and work independently.
Passion: Exceptional communication skills and a genuine commitment to helping people grow, gain confidence, and secure sustainable employment.
