Domestic Assistant (Day)

Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of The Moors Care Centre for a Domestic Assistant (Day) to join their team in Ripon, UK.

In this role, you will play an integral part in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the care home during day shifts. You will work alongside the wider care team to foster a safe, pleasant, and well-maintained environment where residents and staff feel comfortable and supported.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine daily cleaning across resident bedrooms, communal areas, en-suites, and bathrooms.

• Maintain safe waste disposal procedures daily and handle cleaning products in strict compliance with COSHH regulations.

• Keep home furnishings clean and ensure essential sanitary and paper supplies are fully restocked.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.

• A caring, compassionate attitude with a genuine interest in working within a social care environment.

• Right to work in the UK and reside within a commutable distance of Ripon, UK.
